AI Proposal Generator

AI Proposal Generator for Freelancers and Agencies

Describe the job once and NovaDraft writes a structured proposal: six named sections covering scope, timeline and pricing, each one editable. Export it as a branded 16:9 PDF deck, not a wall of text.

What the AI actually writes

Not a block of prose to cut into shape: the proposal arrives already split into the sections clients expect.

  1. 1

    Executive summary

The client's problem and how you will solve it. The part a busy client reads first.

  2. 2

    Project overview

Goals, scope and assumptions in the vocabulary of the industry you picked.

  3. 3

    Deliverables and timeline

Every deliverable you listed, grouped into phases measured in days or weeks.

  4. 4

    Custom sections

Up to five extra sections, added only when the job needs them: process, tech stack, revisions.

  5. 5

    Investment

A single price or tight range, in the currency you asked for. The total is saved as the proposal's value.

  6. 6

    Next steps

How to accept and what happens next, signed with your real name and email, not a placeholder.

How it works

Four steps from a blank form to a deck you can send.

  1. 1

    Describe the project and deliverables

Give the proposal a title, pick the client, write a few sentences about the job and list what you will deliver.

  2. 2

Pick tone, industry, language and pricing strategy

Four tones, twelve industries, English or Arabic. Choose standard pricing, regional pricing in the client's currency, or a fixed budget split into phases.

  3. 3

    Review and edit each section

The draft opens in a rich-text editor, one block per section. Rewrite a paragraph, tighten the price, add a clause.

  4. 4

Export a branded deck, or regenerate

Pick one of 27 templates and download a 16:9 PDF. Not happy with the draft? Regenerate it in place from the same brief.

Pricing in the client's currency, at local rates

Standard mode quotes freelancer-level prices in USD. Regional pricing takes the client's country and quotes in that market's currency at rates a local freelancer would charge, not converted US rates: a landing page for a Cairo client is priced in EGP.

Budget split works the other way round: enter the figure the client already approved and the investment section divides it into phases that add up exactly.

Proposals in Arabic, written in Arabic

Set the language to Arabic and the whole proposal, section titles included, is written in Modern Standard Arabic, not translated afterwards. The editor and the exported deck switch to right-to-left and the document labels come out in Arabic. Add regional pricing in SAR, AED or EGP and a client in Riyadh or Cairo gets a document written for their market.

الملخص التنفيذي

نقترح تصميم وتطوير متجر إلكتروني متكامل خلال أربعة أسابيع، باستثمار إجمالي قدره 45,000 ريال سعودي.

How to write a brief that gets a good proposal

  • Name the outcome, not just the task. "A booking site that replaces phone reservations" beats "a website".

  • List deliverables one per line. Each line becomes an item in the deliverables and timeline section.

  • Mention anything that changes the price: page count, languages, platforms, existing brand assets, deadline.

  • Pick the industry that matches the work. It sets the vocabulary and pricing guardrails the AI follows.

Who it's for

Small agencies

Send several quotes a week in one structure and tone, then track sent, accepted and rejected from one list.

Developers

Turn a thread of requirements into scope, phases and a price without writing the prose yourself.

Designers and marketers

Present a deck in your logo, colours and fonts instead of a shared doc, with each client's proposals beside their invoices.

A leading large language model behind a hosted API. NovaDraft builds the prompt from your tone, industry, language and pricing choices and validates the response into six sections.

Your brief (title, client name, description, deliverables, plus your name and email for the contact block) goes to the AI provider to generate the proposal. NovaDraft does not use it to train anything.

Both. Each section opens in a rich-text editor and saves on its own, and the PDF is built from your edits. Or regenerate the whole proposal in place from the same brief; a regeneration counts as one AI generation.

Yes. Choose Arabic and the proposal is written in Modern Standard Arabic, with a right-to-left editor and deck and Arabic labels.

A landscape 16:9 deck. Free includes the Classic template with a small Made with NovaDraft footer; Pro and Enterprise unlock all 27 templates and your branding, footer removed.

Not yet. You export the PDF and send it your usual way; once the client agrees, mark the proposal accepted and create the invoice.
