Describe the project, pick a tone and industry, and the AI drafts it in sections. The first one does not count toward your 5 free AI generations.

Up to 10 invoices and 5 proposals a month, downloaded as 16:9 PDF decks with a small “Made with NovaDraft” footer.

Free is a working plan, not a demo. These are the exact limits the app enforces.
Unlimited clients and projects
Every client, project deadline and calendar event, with no cap. Storage is never the reason to upgrade.
10 invoices a month
Auto-numbered INV-2026-0001 style, with line items, tax, discount, due dates and English or Arabic labels.
5 proposals a month
Structured sections you edit in a rich-text editor, in English or Modern Standard Arabic, tracked from draft to accepted.
5 AI generations, lifetime
The one hard cap on Free. It counts AI writing runs, not proposals, and your first proposal is free on top of it.
Free PDF templates
Classic and Pitch for invoices, Classic for proposals. Every other deck previews for free but needs Pro to download.
A small NovaDraft footer
Free downloads carry a “Made with NovaDraft · novadraft.io” line on each page. Pro removes it.
Monthly caps have a 3-use grace: a warning first, then a block. Counters reset with each calendar month.

Pro gives 15 a month, reset monthly. Enterprise removes the cap and adds priority support.
