A web app for freelancers and small agencies. You keep clients, projects and calendar events in one place, generate proposals with AI, create invoices, and export both as branded PDF decks. It runs in the browser, in English or Arabic.

Yes, and it does not expire. Free gives you unlimited clients and projects, 10 invoices and 5 proposals per month, 5 lifetime AI generations, the Classic and Pitch invoice templates and the Classic proposal template. No card is required.

On the free plan, your very first AI proposal is not counted against the 5 lifetime generations. It is a real proposal saved to your account, so you can edit it, export it and send it.

Yes. Every proposal and invoice is attached to a client record, which is where the name, email and address on the document come from. Adding a client takes under a minute and there is no limit on any plan.

Fully. The dashboard switches between English and Arabic with a right-to-left layout, the AI writes proposals in Modern Standard Arabic, and invoice labels and PDF templates render correctly in both languages.

You describe the project and its deliverables, then choose a tone (professional, friendly, formal or casual), one of 12 industries, and the language. The AI returns a structured proposal: executive summary, project overview, deliverables and timeline, investment and next steps, plus any custom sections.

Yes. Each section opens in a rich-text editor, so you can rewrite a paragraph, fix a price or add a clause. If a section misses the mark, regenerate it in place without touching the rest.

Three options: Standard uses typical freelance rates, Regional quotes in the client's local currency at realistic local rates, and Budget split breaks a fixed budget into phases. The total is copied to the proposal's value on your dashboard.

Free includes 5 lifetime generations plus the uncounted first proposal. Pro includes 15 per month and Enterprise has no cap. Regenerating a proposal counts as a generation.

Yes. Each proposal has a status: draft, sent, accepted or rejected. On Pro and Enterprise, the analytics page turns those statuses into a proposal funnel alongside revenue trend, invoice status and client growth.

Automatically, in the format INV-YYYY-NNNN. The counter is per year and per account, so your first invoice of 2026 is INV-2026-0001 and no two of your invoices share a number.

Line items with quantity and unit price, a tax percentage, a discount, issue and due dates, notes, and the client's details including a snapshot of their address at issue time. The AI can also write the line-item descriptions for you.

No. NovaDraft produces the invoice; you send it and collect payment the way you already do. There are no payment links, no automatic client reminders and no recurring invoices. You set the status yourself: draft, sent, paid, overdue or cancelled.

For invoices, Classic and Pitch. For proposals, Classic. Pro and Enterprise unlock all 27 templates for each document type. Free-plan downloads carry a small "Made with NovaDraft · novadraft.io" footer.

Every template is a 16:9 deck, so proposals and invoices read like slides on a screen and in a video call. PDFs are rendered on our servers, so the live preview you see is what your client receives.

$14 per month or $140 per year. Pro removes the invoice and proposal caps, includes 15 AI generations a month, unlocks all 27 templates, adds custom branding (logo, colours, fonts, labels, no footer) and the analytics page.

At $39 per month or $390 per year, Enterprise includes everything in Pro plus unlimited AI generations and priority support. It suits agencies that generate proposals daily.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel, and you can switch between Pro and Enterprise from the billing page without a second checkout.

Cancel any time from Settings, Billing; you keep access until the end of the current period. The first payment on a new subscription is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Renewals are non-refundable, so cancel before the renewal date if you do not want another period.

Nothing is deleted. Your clients, proposals and invoices stay where they are. The free caps apply to new documents, and premium templates and branding are gated at download time until you upgrade again.

With email and password, confirmed by a 6-digit code when you sign up, or with Google. Google sign-in links to an existing account only when Google has verified the email address.

Yes. Turn on the 2-step login code in Account settings and each login asks for a 6-digit code sent to your email. Codes expire after 10 minutes and allow 5 attempts.

In a MySQL database on our servers, with PDFs rendered server-side and traffic served behind Cloudflare. Your session lives in a secure, HTTP-only cookie. NovaDraft never stores card numbers; Lemon Squeezy handles payment.

Yes, from Account settings. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription first, then permanently removes your clients, projects, proposals, invoices, events and settings.
